SDS-PAGE acetyl esterases. SDS-PAGE of acetyl esterases from Aspergillus niger (AnCE5, AnCE16), Clostridium thermocellum (CtCE2, CtCE3, CtCE4), Orpinomyces sp. (OsCE6), Talaromyces emersonii (TeCE1), and Trichoderma reesei (TrCE5). The purity of the acetyl esterases present is shown as densimetric proportion (%) of the total proteins present as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis. The protein markers Mark 12 and SeeBlue Plus 2 were used.
