Effect of pretreatments in NMR crystallinity indexes. a MultiCP spectra amplified in the 80–94 ppm region, with the respective Gaussians/Lorentzians deconvolutions obtained in bagasse samples pretreated with 1% H2SO4 and with 1% H2SO4 + 4% NaOH and then submitted to enzymatic hydrolysis; b CI values of the remaining native cellulose after the enzymatic hydrolysis as a function of the chemical pretreatments. The two procedures were used in the evaluation of the CIs.
