Stacked WAXS profiles of SWO1-treated and untreated Avicel PH-101. Avicel PH-101 (10 mg/mL) was incubated in 50 mM sodium acetate buffer, pH 5.0, with 0.01 µM SWO1 (red) or without enzyme (blue), for 72 h at 40 °C with agitation (150 rpm). Relevant peaks for cellulose Iβ were resolved and indexed with Miller indices. No changes in intensity or peak’s shape and position were observed
