Biochemical properties of CgAKR-1. a Effects of pH on CgAKR-1 activity. Phosphate buffer (pH 3.0–8.0) and Tris buffer (pH 8.5–9.0) were used at 100 mM at 30 °C. The results were expressed as relative activity (%) in relation to optimal pH of 5.7. b CgAKR-1 thermostability. The enzyme was incubated at pH 5.7 for 30 min at different temperatures.
