The feedstock from WT (A) and M4 mutant (B) strains was obtained from 8-day culture under aeration with 6% CO2. The content of glucose in wild type (WT) and M4 mutant in the fermentative mixture was adjusted to around 21 g/L, while the xylose content was around 2 g/L
