Expression profiles of AtWRI1-regulated candidate genes involved in lipid synthesis in NsAtWRI1 2–3. mRNA was obtained from cells which were incubated for 1 day under normal, N limitation and osmotic stress conditions. The expression levels of these genes were determined by qRT-PCR, normalized by that of actin. The data points represent the average of samples and error bars indicate standard deviation (n = 3). Significant differences against WT for the same condition, as determined by Student’s t test, are indicated by asterisks (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001).
