Light induction of the relative expression of the three switchgrass green tissue-specific genes in the shoots of 3-week-old switchgrass cv. ‘Alamo’ seedlings measured by real-time RT-PCR. RNA was extracted from the shoots of switchgrass seedlings grown in the greenhouse at 28 °C under 16-h day/8-h night photoperiods (390 μE/m²/s). Relative quantification was performed using the standard curve method with PvUbi1 as the internal control gene.
