Monosaccharide composition of the cell wall from the Col-0 and engineered plants with low xylan under drought stress treatment. Cell wall material (AIR) was prepared from fresh main stem, hydrolyzed with 2 M trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), then analyzed by high-performance anion-exchange chromatography.
