Reaction mixtures contained 10% (w/w) DM of Avicel and 4 mg/g DM of Cellic® CTec2, in 50 mM sodium acetate buffer at pH 5.0 and were incubated at 50 °C. The error bars represent standard deviations for three independent experiments
