  1. The relative abundance and physicochemical parameters are the mean of data from the duplicate digesters sampled from R1 to R3, and are the data from the uninhibited digester from R4

  3. Correlations were determined using a two-tailed pairwise Spearman’s rank order correlation at a significance level of P < 0.05
