Ethanolf, Xylitolf and Glycerolf are the ethanol, xylitol and glycerol concentrations at the final time, respectively. Yet/xyl is the ethanol yield from xylose calculated at the final time of fermentation. Yxyol/xyl is the xylitol yield from xylose calculated at the final time of fermentation.
