Effects of DMF on cell permeability of T. reesei mycelia. The extracellular electrical conductivity of mycelia was measured using an electrical conductivity meter after mycelia were treated with different concentrations of DMF (final concentrations of 0, 0.1, 0.5, 1, and 2%) and 1% (v/v) DMSO. Values are the mean ± SD of the results from three independent experiments.
