SDS-PAGE analysis of the high-molecular-weight cellulosomal fractions. B. cellulosolvens cellulosomal fractions, derived from cellobiose- and microcrystalline cellulose-grown cells, were separated by gel filtration (see Additional file 2: Figure S1).
