Effect of pretreatment time at 150 °C and 160 °C on glucan, xylan, and total glucan plus xylan yields from dilute sulfuric acid (DSA) pretreatment (Stage 1) of switchgrass, enzymatic hydrolysis of the pretreated solids (Stage 2), and the two stages combined.
