A model for the regulation of vascular tissue development by PeuBELL15. During the growth, PeuBELL15 is expressed in the stem and up-regulates the expression levels of cellulose biosynthesis and lignin biosynthesis-relevant genes to supply compositions for secondary cell wall biosynthesis in vascular tissues. Additionally, expression abundances of other cell wall regulator genes such as EXPB (β-expansin) and FLA (fasciclin-like arabinogalactan protein) are increased by PeuBELL15 to promote the cell expansion of vascular tissues
