Phylogenetic relationships of AP2/ERF proteins from A. protothecoides (Ap) and Arabidopsis thaliana (At). The neighbor-joining (NJ) tree was constructed based on the amino acid sequences of the AP2/ERF domain using the JTT model and 1000 bootstrap samplings. Only support values with > 70% supports are indicated on the sides of important nodes. The classifications of subgroups in the AP2/ERF subfamilies are designated according to [2, 3]
