ELISA absorbance signals from CBI reference poplar and solid residues recovered after CBP fermentation. Sequential extracts of cell walls from solid resides were prepared and used for the ELISA assay. ELISA signals from RG-I backbone specific mAbs CCRC-M14, CCRC-M35, and CCRC-M72 [26, 27] on A CBI reference poplar and B solid residues recovered after 120 h fermentation by C. thermocellum. ELISA signals from xylan-specific mAbs CCRC-M137, CCRC-M149, CCRC-M152 [26,27,28] on C CBI reference poplar and D solid residues recovered after 120 h CBP fermentation.
