Changes of cells concentrations of the oeT and WT strains during the cultivation with amoebae. The spores of amoebae were centrifugated at 3500 × g for 5 min, and then the precipitation was diluted with WT and oeT cells at the same cell density (5 × 106 cells/ml), respectively.
