  1. The activity of 2eGDHt was determined by incubated with the addition of various concentrations of the impurities and the mixture for 10 min at 37 °C and pH 7.0. Enzyme activity without addition of impurity was taken as 100%. Results are represented mean ± SD from triplicate experiments
