Fermentations using minimal media with corn stover hydrolysate; pH 5.0. Fermentation cultures were inoculated to an initial OD600 of 0.05. Fermentations were performed at 30 °C with stirring at 140 rpm. Error bars represent the standard deviation of a minimum of three biological replicates.
