Effects of different temperatures on whole cell-catalyzed L-threonine synthesis of 2,5-DMP by different engineered E. coli. Under the conditions of the optimal amount of substrate added, and the influence of temperature on the yield of 2,5-DMP was explored under the optimum pH condition. The temperature was set within 25–50 ℃
