Phylogenetic analysis of TrRab7 and its homologs in different eukaryotic species. Rab7 homologs were well-conserved in filamentous fungi and other eukaryotic taxa. The evolutionary history was inferred using the Neighbor-joining method. The bar corresponds to a genetic distance of 0.050 substitutions per position. The statistical confidence of the inferred phylogenetic relationships was determined by conducting 1000 bootstrap replicates. Each sequence is labeled with their accession number and origin of species
