The bagasse was treated with equal molar concentrations of the parental xylanase (XynA), or a mixture of XynA and XBP (XynA + XBP), or the chimeras (2091A or 2621B). The control was treated under the same conditions but without enzyme. The result shows total reducing sugar release in micromoles.
