Combined effect of experimental factors. a Regression analysis for modelling the relationships between the response variable (extraction yield) and the explanatory variables (paper filter, mixing time and pellet) was conducted by fitting a regression model through the Generalized Additive Models for Location, Scale and Shape (GAMLSS) package in the R statistical computing environment. The distribution for the response variable in the GAMLSS was selected from the normal family of distributions. The table shows the partial regression coefficients and standard errors of a regression model inclusive of interaction terms, the associated t-statistics and P-values. b Shown is the decreased extraction yield associated with the usage of wet pellet and the presence of the paper filter by mixing time
